Shipping policy
SHIPPING COSTS
Within the Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €50. For smaller orders we charge a shipping fee of €2.95. To Belgium, Germany and Ireland: free shipping on orders over €50. For smaller orders we charge a shipping fee of €4.95. And for Greece and France we offer free shipping on orders over €100. For smaller orders we charge a shipping fee of €6.95.

If your country is not in the list above, we do not currently ship there. Please note that we will be adding countries to this list over the coming months, so check back in a few weeks to see if anything has changed.
DELIVERY TIME
If you place your order before 4 p.m., you will in most cases receive your parcel the next working day. However, for Germany and Ireland we allow extra days. We do everything we can to make sure your parcel reaches you on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause a delay. You will always receive a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel online. Orders placed before 3 p.m.:

Our shipping: how does it work?
Most of our parcels are shipped by UPS. For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and Greece, the shipping procedure is as follows:
If you are not at home when the driver comes to the door, UPS will offer the parcel again the next day. If the parcel cannot be accepted the second time either, the driver will take the parcel to the nearest UPS service point.
