SHIPPING COSTS
Within the Netherlands: free shipping on orders over €30,-. For smaller orders we charge a shipping contribution of €2,95. To Belgium, Germany and Ireland we offer free shipping for orders over €50,-. For smaller orders we charge a shipping contribution of €4,95. And for Greece and France we offer free shipping for orders over €100,- For smaller orders we charge a shipping contribution of €6,95.

If your country is not listed above, we do not ship to it at the moment. Please note that we will add countries to this list in the coming months, so check back here in a couple of weeks to see if anything has changed.
DELIVERY TIME
In most cases if you have placed your order before 16.00, you will receive the package the next working day. But for Germany and Ireland we count extra days. We will do everything to make sure your package will come on time. However, it is possible that there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances. You will always get a tracking number, you can use to follow your package online. Order which are placed before 15.00:

HOW DO WE SHIP?
Most of our packages will be shipped by UPS. For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and Greece the shipment procedure is as follows:
If you are not at home when the driver arrives at the door, UPS will offer the package to you again the next day. If the package cannot be accepted the second time either, then the driver will take the package to the nearest UPS service point.
