SHIPPING COSTS

Within the Netherlands: free shipping for orders over €50. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping contribution of €2.95. To Belgium, Germany and Ireland: free shipping for orders over €50. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping contribution of €4.95. And for Greece and France, we offer free shipping for orders over €100. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping contribution of €6.95.

DELIVERY TIME

Please note: orders before 24 December 13:00h will still be shipped. Orders after 13:00h will be shipped after Christmas.

If you've placed your order before 4pm, you'll receive your parcel the next working day in most cases. But for Germany and Ireland, we charge extra days. We make every effort to ensure that your parcel reaches you on time. However, unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay. You will always receive a tracking number with which you can track your parcel online. Orders placed before 15:00:

Our shipping: how does it work?

Most of our parcels are shipped by UPS. For the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Ireland and Greece, the shipping procedure is as described below:

If you are not at home when the driver arrives at the door, UPS will offer the parcel again the next day. If the parcel cannot be accepted the second time either, the driver will take the parcel to the nearest UPS service point.
