ONLINE SHOP - PAYMENT

If you have payment problems in our webshop, please check if there is a fault with your bank. If not, try paying again after a while. If you continue to have problems, please contact us.
In our online shop, you can pay with iDEAL, Maestro, Mastercard, Bancontact, PayPal, Visa and VPAY.
If you have a gift voucher, you can use it at checkout. A gift voucher cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you want to return an item you paid for with a gift voucher, the part you paid with the voucher will be refunded as a gift voucher. What you paid extra yourself will be refunded to your bank account.

ONLINE SHOP - PURCHASE

Sometimes it can take a while before you get the confirmation. Also check your spam folder, maybe the mail ended up there. If you have not received the confirmation within 2 hours, please call our warehouse during office hours on +31 (0)85 4868400 (Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:00).
When your order ships, you will receive an e-mail with a code that allows you to track your order.
When you place an order in our webshop and have paid, the order is processed automatically. In some cases, you can cancel your order. Please call our warehouse during office hours on +31 (0)85 4868400 (Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:00).

ONLINE SHOP - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Within the Netherlands: free shipping for orders over €30. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping contribution of €2.95.

To Belgium, Germany and Ireland: free shipping for orders over €50, For smaller orders we charge a shipping contribution of €4.95.

To Greece and France: free shipping for orders over €100. For smaller orders, we charge a shipping contribution of €6.95.

Germany: 2 working days
France/Ireland: 4-5 working days
Greece: 6-7 working days

Is there something wrong with your order? You can return the package to us free of charge. Indicate on the return form that you have received the wrong article and we will make sure you receive the correct product. Read more on the returns page.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a code to track your package. Consult this code to see where your parcel is. Perhaps it was delivered to a neighbour or the deliveryman will return at another time. If the code does not work, or if you need help, please contact us.

ONLINE SHOP - RETURNING A PRODUCT

Included with your order is a form explaining how to return products and the return form. All explanations and this form can also be found on the returning items page.

We aim to process returns within 14 days of receipt. This means you will have the money back in your account within that period.

If you paid for your order with a gift voucher, the part you paid with the voucher will be refunded as a gift voucher. What you paid extra yourself will be refunded to your account.

GUARANTEE

We are proud of our low number of warranty claims. Spikes & Sparrow products are handmade and so, despite our regular checks, defects or mistakes can sometimes occur. You can expect our products to be of good quality, which is why we provide a 2-year warranty on all our products after the purchase date as stated on the receipt. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required if a product needs to be repaired under warranty.

In principle, we repair the bag. In exceptional cases, we will replace the bag or refund the purchase price.

This guarantee entitles the buyer to repairs due to defective parts or workmanship, by normal use. Normal wear, such as scratches or minor damage, wear of the zips and the leather becoming smoother or stretching are not covered by the guarantee, as this wear is part of a leather product.

If your Spikes & Sparrow product is defective or broken within the 2-year warranty period, we recommend you return to the webshop or shop where you bought the bag. If the defect and the bag are covered by the guarantee, the webshop or shop will work with us to find a solution. In principle, the bag will be repaired. In exceptional cases, the bag will be replaced or refunded.

Make sure you always have the receipt of the product with you.

Our bags last for years. But sometimes it happens that a defect is created in a certain part. In most cases, we can repair this for a fee. Feel free to contact us for more information or a quote.
