What do I do when my Spikes & Sparrow bag is broken or damaged?

During the warranty period you can take the bag to the store where you bought it. The shopkeeper will assess the bag and possibly send it to us for repair.

 

What is the warranty period of a Spikes & Sparrow bag?

We are proud of receiving a very low number of warranty claims. Spikes & Sparrow products are handmade and so, despite our regular checks, mistakes occur. Since you should be able to count on our quality, all of our products come with a 12 month warranty on manufacturing and workmanship. This twelve month period starts at the date of purchase as mentioned on the sales slip. Proof of purchase (receipt) is required if a product needs repair service under the warranty conditions. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear such as stretching or softening of leather, scratches or damage normal wear and tear of zippers. These kind of changes are part of the aging process of a leather bag. Abnormal use of the product, like overloading, leading to damage of zippers, wheels or trolley-handlebars is also exclude from the warranty.
 

How do I maintain my Spikes & Sparrow bag?

Depending on which leather is used, it’s advisable to occasionally grease or spray the bag with a colorless wax. Learn more about maintenance of your bag this article.

 

Where can I buy a Spikes & Sparrow bag?

You can not buy a Spikes & Sparrow bag at this website. Look on the store-page if there’s a store in your area. Or buy online in a certified webshop.

 

Can I get a log in code for the client zone?

Shop owners can get a log in code for the client zone. In the client zone you can download pictures, download warranty conditions and download our logo. If you don’t have a log in code yet, please contact us.

 

Does Spikes & Sparrow have a showroom?

Spikes & Sparrow has two showrooms. One at our head office in Dodewaard, the Netherlands and one in C.A.S.T. Nieuwegein, the Netherlands. These showrooms can be visited by retailers and shop owners only. Please contact us if you are interested.
